- For Sprintax Flex users: Your documents will be reviewed by our experts. Once reviewed, your self-file document pack and instructions will be made available in your profile. You will receive an email notification as soon as these documents are ready for download.
- For Sprintax Pro users: You may be required to upload a Certificate of Residence (CoR) before your application is filed by the Sprintax team. If you’ve already uploaded your CoR or if Sprintax is assisting you with your CoR request, you can view status updates in the Application Status tab. Once your application has been filed with the relevant Tax Authority, you'll be notified accordingly.
